STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER WIEN (Ref.: WIDR/AM)
The Candidates Responsibility :
Help the Store Manager driving store sales results by ensuring a consistent quality customer experience in the store.
Final co-accountability for the actions and the results of the store.
Support the store manager controlling the store payroll budget to meet or exceed expectations.
Follow up the daily workload among associates to meet merchandising and visual presentation standards.
Lead by example, motivate and train the team on the field in the day by day activities
Required skills :
Relevant prior experience in a fashion retail environment (1-3 years),
Managerial experience is a plus.
A passion for sales and fashion.
Result oriented.
Leadership and communication skills
Merchandising skills.
Detail oriented.
The contacts with the Headquarter require English language skills (written/spoken).
Any other European language skill will be a plus
